Alyson Naughton

Alyson Naughton has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Alyson is currently the Head of Supply Chain Operations at ADC Therapeutics since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at EMD Serono, Inc. for 10 years as a Manager of Supply Planning and Launch Projects. Alyson also has experience at Capital One, where they held the positions of Senior Process Manager and Operations Strategy and Analysis Senior Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Sensata Technologies as a Global Planning Manager and at Intel Ireland as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern. Alyson also has experience at Texas Instruments, Toray Plastics, and Vicor Corporation in roles such as Manufacturing Supervisor, Process Manager, Quality Engineer and Process Engineer, and Design Engineering Co-op.

Alyson Naughton completed their education in a chronological order. Alyson first attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a master's program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), specializing in Mechanical Engineering and obtaining a Master of Science degree. During the same period, they also attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they earned an MBA degree with a focus on Operations.
