Jennifer Herring has extensive experience in the clinical research field, spanning over two decades. Jennifer is currently working as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at ADC Therapeutics since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Stemline Therapeutics, Inc. from November 2021 until May 2023. Jennifer also worked at Bristol Myers Squibb, where they held the roles of Vice President and Head of Cellular Therapy Clinical Scientists from October 2021 to November 2021, and Executive Director and Head of Cellular Therapy Clinical Research Scientists from November 2019 to October 2021.
Before their time at Bristol Myers Squibb, Jennifer served as the Senior Director of Lead Clinical Research Scientist at Celgene for over five years, from July 2014 to November 2019.
Prior to their work at Celgene, Jennifer was the President of Herring Clinical Consulting Inc from an unknown start date until July 2014.
Before that, they served as a Global Trial Manager at Johnson & Johnson from October 2002 to February 2010, and as a Study Manager and CRA at Centocor from October 2002 to February 2010.

Jennifer Herring obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Samford University, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Jennifer also became a Registered Nurse through the Alabama State Nurses Association in May 1991. Additionally, in October 1999, they earned the certification of Certified Clinical Research Associate from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
In terms of additional credentials, Jennifer became a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals in September 1997. Jennifer also obtained a membership with the Morris County Women for Good in March 2023, where they became a founding member.
