Michelle Celones

Michelle Celones has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Michelle is currently working as the Director IMP Product Quality at ADC Therapeutics since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director QA at ADC Therapeutics from July 2020 to June 2022. Before joining ADC Therapeutics, Michelle worked as a Quality Assurance Consultant for multiple companies from August 2019 to June 2022. In 2018, they briefly served as an Associate Director for Quality Management System Development at BeiGene. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Associate Director for Quality Systems at the Stanford School of Medicine Laboratory Cell and Gene Therapy. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager in Quality Assurance and Quality Control at PCT, a Caladrius company, from April 2015 to May 2016. Michelle also gained experience in Genentech, where they worked in various roles including Manager of Clinical IMP Quality Operations from January 2013 to March 2015, Senior Supervisor from January 2007 to December 2012, and QC Associate II and Research Associate I from 1997 to 2003.

Michelle Celones has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Physiology from San Francisco State University. Michelle also holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Touro University California.
