Chengappa M K has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Chengappa began their career at Vault Information Technologies as an Associate before moving on to KBACE Technologies as a Staff Consultant, where they played a key role in the development of custom OAF pages and handled data conversions and complex approval processes. Chengappa then joined Dell Services as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on interface and reports development. After that, they worked at Arowana Consulting as a Lead Consultant, leading teams and delivering projects for government entities in the Middle East. Chengappa successfully upgraded HR modules for the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs in Saudi Arabia and handled data migration projects. Chengappa then joined AppsTec Technology Services LLC as a Senior Oracle Apps Consultant, where they handled enhancements for Oracle consulting and implemented the Scholarship module for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Chengappa eventually joined Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where they held multiple roles including Senior Systems Analyst, IT Team Leader, IT Project Manager, and Principal Solution Engineer. In these roles, they conceptualized and implemented automation projects, orchestrated HR cloud initiatives, and handled a wide range of ERP applications. Chengappa's work experience demonstrates their strong technical skills and expertise in HR systems implementation and management.

Chengappa M K completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University, from 2003 to 2007. Before that, from 2001 to 2003, Chengappa attended Maharaja's Junior College for Pre-University College(PC) with a focus on Science (PCME). Prior to college, from 1998 to 2001, Chengappa attended Marimallappa's High School and obtained an SSLC degree. Additionally, Chengappa has obtained several certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in August 2023, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2023, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2021 Associate from Oracle in 2022.
