Mohamed El Bassuni

Mohamed El Bassuni is an accomplished professional in change management and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Change & Transformation at ITMAM Services for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since May 2014. With extensive experience at Barclays Bank, Mohamed held the positions of Head of Change & Process Improvement and Programme Manager from September 2006 to April 2014. Prior roles include leadership positions at the Project Management Institute and Development & Engineering Consultants, as well as various engineering and project management roles at prominent organizations. Mohamed's academic background includes an M.B.A. from Heriot-Watt University, a Master’s Degree in Engineering from The American University in Cairo, and multiple certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
