Frank Albregt

Frank Albregt is an experienced professional in organizational change and business transformation, currently serving as the Head of Change - Transformation at the British Council since August 2013. In this role, Frank is a key member of the global transformation team, focusing on improving operating models and embedding long-term change across the organization. Prior to this, Frank held various managerial positions at the British Council, including overseeing English language learning products for the Europe and Americas region. Frank has extensive experience in finance and business development, having worked as Finance Director at Laudis Holding and Branch Director at Elycio Talen. Earlier career roles include positions at Unilever, where Frank contributed to financial reporting and supply chain management. Frank holds a Drs./MSc in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
