Momcilo Paunovic has extensive work experience in the field of banking and systems development. Momcilo started their career as an Organiser-Programmer at Jugopetrol - Belgrade in 1985 and worked there until 1989. From 1990 to 1993, they worked as a Consultant at Asia Pacific Computer Consultants and Financial Network Service (FNS) Australia. Momcilo then joined Riyadh Bank as a Team Leader from 1993 to 1995. In 1995, they became a Development Manager at Gulf Bank - Kuwait, where they worked until 2000. Momcilo then worked as a Core Banking Implementation Manager at National Bank of Dubai from 2000 to 2003. In 2005, they joined Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, first as a Head of Systems Development and later as a Head of Business Systems starting from 2014.
Momcilo Paunovic attended the University of Belgrade from 1976 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology.
