Roshni Shah

Roshni Shah has a diverse work experience in various industries, including banking and telecommunications. Roshni started their career as a Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services in 2002 and later worked as a Product Lead at Motorola Mobile Devices from 2006 to 2007. Roshni then joined Mashreqbank in 2008 as a Senior Business Change Analyst, where they executed transformation projects and delivered project benefits across different business groups internationally. Roshni also served as a Project Manager at Mashreqbank's Program Management Office, managing multiple projects within a multi-million dollar program. In 2013, they moved to Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank as the Lead of Operational Excellence & Change Delivery, where they continue to utilize their expertise in driving operational improvements and change initiatives.

Roshni Shah completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Fr. CRCE between 1999 and 2002. Roshni also attended Infant Jesus School, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In addition, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certification from SCRUMstudy in May 2018.
