Shahid Rehman

Shahid Rehman possesses over 15 years of extensive experience in digital transformation and project management within the banking sector. Currently serving as Lead Customer Engagement Platform and Senior Project Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since April 2011, Shahid specializes in digital business technical platforms, multi-experience development, and customer experience enhancement. Previous roles include Project Manager and Team Leader focusing on agile software development and integration design, along with significant expertise in TIBCO and mobility solutions. Prior to Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Shahid held positions at Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Ltd and KASB Bank Ltd, contributing in areas such as CRM management, e-banking, and software development. Shahid holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
