Charlotte Lybek Lind

Charlotte Lybek Lind is an experienced professional in clinical operations and trial management, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Adcendo since January 2025. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions at Genmab as Associate Director of Clinical Trial Management and at Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. as Senior Clinical Project Manager. Charlotte's extensive career also includes roles such as Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Zealand Pharma A/S, Trial Clinical Monitor at Boehringer Ingelheim, and various managerial positions at Merck Sharp & Dohme. Charlotte began their career as a Research Assistant at the Center for Clinical and Basic Research, contributing to the development of an enzyme immunoassay for the measurement of estriol. Charlotte earned a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Copenhagen between 1988 and 1996, and completed secondary education at Favrskov Gymnasium from 1981 to 1984.
