Monica L. has worked in the biopharmaceutical industry since 2018. Monica began their career at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services as an ADC Process Development & Tech Transfer Associate II, then moved to an ADC Process Development & Tech Transfer Associate I role, and finally worked as a Technician. In 2021, they transitioned to Adcentrx Therapeutics, where they currently serve as a Senior Research Associate - ADC Process Development.
