Marijan Trnski

Marijan Trnski is an experienced professional in Agile methodologies and project management, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Adcubum Hrvatska since January 2023. Previously, Marijan held the position of Agile Coach and Senior Consultant at IBM from September 2021 to January 2023, leading Agile practices in IBM Croatia. Prior roles include Scrum Master and IT teams' Coordinator at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. from August 2017 to August 2021 and founder and director of Contectum d.o.o., focusing on international business connections and logistics from February 2011 to January 2018. Marijan also has a diverse background with roles in complaint management, marketing, and sales, complemented by educational qualifications in Business/Managerial Economics from Europska poslovna škola Zagreb and training in coaching from Scrum Alliance.
