Kumar Jagat

Kumar Jagat has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kumar is currently the Vice President (Head of HR) at Adda247, an AI-based EduTech company focused on providing quality and affordable education in vernacular language. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder at Sigma Education. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as the Head of HR and Strategy at Jindal Stainless. Before that, they held the position of DGM - HR at Adani Enterprises Limited – Natural Resources, where they were responsible for managing HR functions for multiple legal entities and projects. Kumar Jagat also worked as the Divisional Manager - HRD at TATA Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Limited from 2007 to 2016.
