Emilie Merat

Emilie Merat is an experienced HR professional with a focus on recruitment and human resources development. Currently serving as an HR Officer at addactis since June 2023, Emilie previously held the position of Chargée de projets RH at mc2i from October 2020 to December 2022 and Chargée de développement RH at ICF HABITAT from September 2019 to March 2020. Emilie began their career in human resources at Volkswagen Financial Services, working in dual roles as Chargée de Ressources Humaines during an apprenticeship and during a gap year. Emilie's expertise encompasses the entire recruitment process, integration of new employees, and support for HR management during performance reviews and career committees.
