Ashley Pappalardo

Ashley Pappalardo is currently employed at Addepar as a Sr. Manager, People Business Partnership, where Ashley helps asset owners and advisors make informed investment decisions. Prior to this, Ashley held HR roles at Rent The Runway, XO Group Inc., Microchip Technology, and SMSC, where Ashley facilitated recruitment, managed HR functions, and provided HR support. Ashley holds a BS in Business Management from Stony Brook University.
