Chris van Loveren

Chris van Loveren is a Senior Software Engineer at Addepar since February 2020, previously serving as a Software Engineer at Capital One from July 2016 to January 2020. In these roles, significant contributions include the design and implementation of a configurable file parsing system and containerized infrastructure, as well as the creation of microservices for integration testing. Chris has a background in managing code repositories, conducting training sessions, and running outreach events. Prior experience includes serving as a Java Instructor at Summertech Computer Camps, where advanced programming concepts were taught to middle and high school students. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, obtained in 2016.
