Nagarajan Palanisamy

Nagarajan (Nags) Palanisamy is an experienced technology and product management professional currently serving as a TPM at Addepar since December 2022. Previously, Nags held various leadership roles, including Director of Engineering at Modulr, where responsibilities included planning product capabilities and resource management. At NatWest Group, Nags contributed as a Technical Product Owner, leading a 20-member transformation program for digital mortgage processes. Nags also served as a Technical Product Manager at Modulr, focusing on International Payments, and as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Mastercard, where regulatory changes were delivered within the payment gateway division. Earlier roles also include Product Owner – Data Analytics at Rolls-Royce, Head of Product & Delivery at Vegam Soft Solutions, and senior analyst positions in payments at Lloyds Banking Group, Co-Operative Financial Services, and Banco Santander. Nags holds a PGDM in Marketing & Systems Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University.
