Pankaj Salampuria

Pankaj Salampuria is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Sr Software Engineer at Addepar since October 2024, Pankaj previously held roles at Pismo as a Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer from February 2023 to October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as VP - Senior Software Engineer at Barclays Global Services Pvt. Ltd. from January 2019 to February 2023, where key contributions included the design and development of high-performance middleware and solutions for invoice discounting products. At Barclays Technology Centre India, from July 2012 to December 2018, Pankaj led efforts to automate payment solutions and improve operational efficiency. Initial career experience was at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant from October 2004 to June 2012. Pankaj earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon, in 2004.
