Estefania Molina

General Counsel at Addi

Estefania Molina is the current General Counsel at Addi. Prior to this, they served as an advisor to the President of the Colombian Securities Exchange from January 2015 to January 2020. In this role, they worked closely on regulatory affairs, public policy, market development, regional financial integration, and in connection with the World Federation of Exchanges - WFE. From October 2013 to January 2015, they served as a Senior Advisor at the Financial Regulation Unit - URF. In this role, they were responsible for drafting policy papers and regulation proposals in connection with several topics, including: establishment requirements for foreign financial institutions, update of the international investments regime, cross-border provision of financial services, and requirements for foreign securities issuers, among others.

Estefania Molina has a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, a specialization in financial regulation from Universidad de Los Andes, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes. Estefania also has a degree from University of Notre Dame in social, political, and economic studies of Western institutions.

They work with Daniela Vianna - Chief of Staff, Carlos Toro - CTO, and Daniel Vallejo - President. Estefania Molina reports to Santiago Suarez, Co-Founder & CEO.
