Javier Paez

Javier Paez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Javier currently serves as the Head of Merchant Integration and Onboarding at ADDI since June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at Rappi from November 2020 to June 2021.

Prior to their roles at ADDI and Rappi, Javier was a Digital Transformation Consultant at Oralty from April 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they developed a plan to improve sales and operations by incorporating digital solutions and implemented a successful digital marketing strategy.

Javier also worked as a Consultant - Technical Project Manager at Estudios y Consultorias from March 2020 to March 2021.

Before their consultancy roles, Javier gained valuable experience at Cummins Inc., where they served as a Global Response Team Specialist - Customer Project Management from March 2019 to January 2020 and as an Electronics Engineer - Project Manager from August 2016 to March 2019.

Additionally, Javier has held positions at the University of South Florida as a Front Desk Tutoring Center Assistant and INTO USF Student Leader from August 2015 to May 2016. Javier also worked at Texas Tech University as a Neuroimaging Institute Data Analyst and Health Exercise and Sports Sciences Research Assistant from April 2015 to August 2015.

Javier Paez completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad del Norte in 2016. Javier also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, Javier obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida in the same year. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they completed their IB (International Baccalaureate) Diploma at British International College in 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Javier obtained a Digital Product Management certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in September 2020, an Analytic Techniques for Business certification from Duke University in July 2020, a Project Management Principles and Practices Program certification from the University of California, Irvine in June 2020, and a Six Sigma and Project Management training certification from Cummins Inc. in November 2018.
