Mayra Pulido

Mayra Pulido has over four years of work experience in various human resources and talent acquisition roles. Mayra is currently working at Addi as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they partner with line managers and high-impact roles to proactively source and contact potential candidates. Mayra is responsible for the entire recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview strategy. Mayra also builds and maintains a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Prior to Addi, Mayra worked at The Adecco Group as a Permanent Consultant, managing the recruitment cycle process for clients. Mayra conducted screening interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates. Before that, they worked at Axioma Comunicaciones as a Human Resources Analyst, responsible for attracting and selecting top talent and coordinating on-boarding sessions. Mayra also managed the recruitment of SENA quota for different areas of the organization. Mayra's previous experience includes working at Autonal as a Human Resources Assistant, providing support in the finding and selection processes for all levels and managing the recruitment of SENA quota. Overall, Mayra has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, with a focus on recruitment and selection processes.

Mayra Pulido completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de América from 2012 to 2017. Mayra is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Mayra also took a course on Strategies for Organizational Change in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Los Andes. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certifications in Organizational Behavior from IESE Business School in October 2020, an EF SET English Certificate B2 from EF English First in September 2020, and a PPA certification from Thomas International in February 2018.
