Talent Acquisition Lead at Addi

Mayra Pulido has over four years of work experience in various human resources and talent acquisition roles. Mayra is currently working at Addi as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they partner with line managers and high-impact roles to proactively source and contact potential candidates. Mayra Pulido completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de América from 2012 to 2017. Mayra is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Mayra also took a course on Strategies for Organizational Change in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Los Andes. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certifications in Organizational Behavior from IESE Business School in October 2020, an EF SET English Certificate B2 from EF English First in September 2020, and a PPA certification from Thomas International in February 2018.
