Georgiana Grigore

Georgiana Grigore currently serves as Group Head of Consumer Banking and Group Head of Sales, Distribution and Customer Experience at Addiko Bank AG, where responsibilities include transforming the legacy Hypo Group Alpe Adria across five markets and implementing customer experience improvements while managing full P&L accountability. Since 2018, Georgiana has also been a member and the Chairman of the Risk Committee at Addiko Bank Slovenija. Prior to Addiko, experiences include Group Head of Customer Experience and CRM at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, where Georgiana shifted organizational focus towards customer-centric strategies across 14 Network Banks, and roles at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, involving the development of customer experience and sales effectiveness strategies. Georgiana holds an Executive Master's degree in Retail Bank Management from CBA Executive Banking School and has participated in various prestigious educational programs focusing on banking and project management.
