Ivana Sladonja

Ivana Sladonja is an experienced risk management professional, currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager at Addiko Bank Hrvatska since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ivana held the position of Senior Risk Manager at Raiffeisen Leasing and at Croatia banka d.d. from March 2021 to March 2021 and February 2017 to March 2021, respectively. Ivana's career in risk management began as the Head of the Risk Management Department at HPB Invest from March 2007 to October 2016. Ivana holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Zagreb and has further enhanced expertise by completing a Financial Analyst program at the Institute of Management in Zagreb from 2017 to 2018.
