Jay Schiff has a strong background in finance and entrepreneurship. Jay is the Co-Founder, CEO, and Board Member of Addinex Technologies, Inc., where they developed a patented low-cost system for controlling and monitoring prescription medication use. Jay has raised financing rounds, secured a utility patent, and collaborated with prestigious institutions for research studies. Prior to this, Jay founded and managed Curator Capital, where they provided advisory services for early-stage and middle market private capital. Jay also served as the President of Centre Lane Investment Corp., managing a successful private debt fund. Jay has experience in middle market leveraged loans and private equity sponsor-backed loans from their roles at Merrill Lynch and TD Securities, respectively. Jay began their career at Citigroup as a Vice President and Associate.

Jay Schiff attended Cornell University from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following this, they pursued further education at the NYU Stern School of Business from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance. In addition to their formal education, Jay also completed the HLS2X: Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract certification program offered by Harvard University in March 2016.
