Deborah, Wesley, RN, BN, MSN, MHA Chief Executive Officer: When I arrived at ACHHH in 2017 I was pleased to join a team of true professionals who care immensely about their patients. We learned a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system together and my respect for the team grew every day as they moved from an antiquated paper system to a state-of-the-art EMR system. We implemented this system without a drop in revenue, which is almost unheard of in our industry. This was our first real challenge together and it gave me a great indication of the capacity for growth and learning that the members of the team have. Clinical and non-clinical team members work together in a spirit of cooperation and always for the benefit of our patients. I have seen numerous examples of great teamwork and our employees pitch in to help each other-usually without being asked. All of our activities every day are focused on what is best for our patients. Our goal is to keep them out of the hospital and nursing home and at home where they are most comfortable, as long as they are safe. I enjoy listening to the employees of the agency and welcome their ideas about how to make our workplace even better than it already is. Our aim is to be the employer of choice for all types of staff members, and to have a little fun every day while we are working hard to serve our patients. ACHHH is so lucky to have Deb as our Leader and we are all truly honored to have her support, guidance and knowledge.
