Brice Pearce

Brice Pearce, PMP, currently serves as a Program Management Consultant at Addison Group, specializing in client experience and analytics for the financial sector. Previously, Brice held senior roles at Chewy, including Senior Program Manager and Senior Training Manager, where efforts focused on program development, process improvements, and training outcome enhancements across various teams. Brice's experience also includes positions at Wayfair as Training Manager II, Foundever in various learning management roles, and the Spirit of Adventure Council, where community engagement and fundraising were prioritized. Brice holds an MA in History from the University of New Hampshire and a BA in History and Women's Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
