Christopher Sheppard

Christopher Sheppard, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christopher is currently working at Addison Group as the Director of People Operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Christopher has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Sheppard HR and Cox Consulting Network.

Additionally, they worked as an Operations Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Kidtherapy Pediatric Rehabilitation, where they successfully recruited therapists, managed employee benefits, and ensured compliance with employment laws.

Christopher also has experience in operations and HR, having worked as an Operations and HR Specialist at Century Golf, where they managed restaurant operations, budgeting, staffing, and training. Christopher started their career as a Behavior Specialist at Barber National Institute, where they developed behavior management programs for mentally retarded adults.

Christopher Sheppard, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Monmouth University. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in December 2018 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in December 2015. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Talent Optimization Leader from The Predictive Index and has completed training in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC Business School. Sheppard is also a Competent Communicator and Competent Leader, certified by Toastmasters International.
