Lexi Smith

Lexi Smith is an experienced Business Development Manager currently with Addison Group since January 2024, and previously held the same title at Maxim Healthcare Staffing from February 2021 to October 2023. Prior to advancing into business development, Lexi Smith also worked as a Recruiter. Lexi Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completing the program in May 2014.
