Michael Samuels

Michael Samuels joined Addison Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2019, bringing more than 25 years of extensive financial, operations, and strategic experience to the role. He has led numerous complex negotiations and managed a multitude of financial integrations to drive shareholder value in both public and private companies.

Prior to joining Addison Group, Michael was Global CFO at IRI, a worldwide leader in innovative data and analytic solutions for consumer, retail and media companies. During his nearly 20 years with IRI, he held several senior-level financial positions, including CFO North America, Senior Vice President & Treasurer, and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. He oversaw a number of transformative programs, including the launch of cutting-edge data analytics and technology, that led to a 20x return in shareholder value during his tenure.

In his current role, Michael leverages his experience delivering shareholder value creation to private equity-owned companies through sound financial discipline and growth-related programs, to support Addison Group’s continued expansion.

Michael holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from DePaul University.
