Jennifer Eichholtz

Jennifer Eichholtz has over two decades of experience in human resources and management roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Payroll / Human Resources Manager at the Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center since March 2014, Jennifer previously held the position of Administration / HR Manager at Velocity Networks from March 2004 to March 2014. Earlier career highlights include serving as General Manager at the Law Office of Douglas Low and Doug-Out Cookies, and as Selling Manager / Interim CEM at Nordstrom. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Aquatic Biology from UC Santa Barbara, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
