Wesner Florestal

Wesner Florestal possesses extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality fields, currently serving as a Line Cook at Addison Reserve Country Club since August 2019. Florestal has held various positions, including Line Cook at Mizner Country Club from May 2022 to January 2023 and at Boca Raton Resort & Club from October 2013 to August 2019. Additionally, Wesner worked as a Line Cook at Legal Sea Foods from October 2006 to October 2013 and began a career as a Server Assistant at McCormick and Schmick from March 2006 to May 2011, followed by a similar role at Deck 84 since May 2011. Wesner Florestal holds a License in Business Administration and Management from Université d'Etat d'Haïti, obtained between March 2000 and November 2005.
