Reno Wells

Reno Wells is currently an Associate Scientist at Addition Therapeutics since January 2024. Prior to this role, Reno worked as a Senior Research Associate I at Orbital Therapeutics from September 2022 to November 2023. Before that, Reno was a Research Associate II at Circ Bio, which was acquired by Orbital Therapeutics. Reno also gained experience as a Research Assistant at SomaGenics, Inc. and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UCSB Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Reno's research focuses on RNA therapeutic platform design, testing, and engineering, with a specialization in developing high-throughput screening assays for RNA molecules. Reno holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from UC Santa Barbara.
