Iryna Voronchuk is currently an HR Operations Specialist at additiv, starting in November 2023, following a brief role as a Research Intern at Sigma Software Group, where valuable skills in IT analysis and CV writing were developed. Prior experience includes working as an HR Administrator at Master Call, managing on-boarding processes, HR database updates, and collaborating with payroll, alongside a strong background in customer service from positions at McDonald's as both a Cashier and Crew Member. Iryna holds an HR Generalist degree from Beetroot Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Slavic Languages and Literatures from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
