Man Hay Hong has extensive experience in operations management within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Hex Trust since January 2019, Man is responsible for overseeing core custodian operations, business growth initiatives, and implementing processes to mitigate operational risks. Previously, Man held various roles at Gatecoin, including Operations Manager and Operations Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from managing OTC trades and market making to project management and daily business operations. Man's expertise is underpinned by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business Systems Management from City University of Hong Kong, supplemented by international study experiences at Renmin University of China and Universitat de Barcelona.
