Brad Duermit

Brad Duermit has a diverse work experience in the additive manufacturing field. Brad worked at AMT PostPro as the AMER Market Director starting in January 2021 and previously held the role of Process & Applications Development Manager from November 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they worked at Midwest Prototyping LLC as an Additive Manufacturing Specialist from January 2016 to October 2019, where they led and provided support for the manufacturing process, including overseeing the polyjet department, laser engraving, facility layout plans, and rollout of the 5S program. Brad also worked as an Additive Manufacturing Intern at Midwest Prototyping LLC from June 2015 to August 2015, gaining knowledge in various additive manufacturing processes and creating Standard Operating Procedures. Prior to that, Brad worked at AbbVie as a CAD Designer in 2014, where they revised product files before 3D printing prototypes and assisted in the design and innovation of a portable medicine dispenser while updating the AbbVie product database. Brad also presented their designs to a team of engineers and their clientele.

Brad Duermit pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certifications of Certified Additive Manufacturing - Technician from UL in April 2019, and Certified Additive Manufacturing - Fundamentals from Tooling U-SME in June 2017.
