Gavin Minton has held various roles in the field of commercial operations and customer service. Gavin began their career at Henkel in 2013 as an Equipment Project Engineer, where they worked with the sales team to provide adhesive and dispensing solutions for clients in different industries. Gavin then transitioned to the role of Regional Equipment Engineer - 3D Printing, where they provided technical customer service for 3D printers and associated equipment in Western Europe.

In 2019, Gavin joined AMT PostPro as the Global Aftersales and Customer Experience Manager. In this role, they organized installations and field service worldwide for customers in diverse industries. Gavin also provided end-to-end technical customer service, from order placement to delivery, installation, and aftersales support. Additionally, Gavin was responsible for creating manuals, guides, technical content, and training materials for internal and external use.

In February 2021, Gavin took on the position of Commercial Operations Manager at AMT PostPro. Gavin played a key role in defining the strategy for customer success and commercial operations. Gavin oversaw the customer journey from purchase order receipt through fulfillment and aftersales support. This involved managing teams in areas such as order fulfillment, logistics, application engineering, and field service engineering.

Finally, in February 2022, Gavin was promoted to Director of Commercial Operations at AMT PostPro. In this role, they continued to define the strategy for customer success and commercial operations while also overseeing the various teams responsible for order fulfillment, logistics, application engineering, and field service engineering.

Gavin Minton attended Joseph Rowntree School from 2003 to 2010, where they pursued a high school education. During this time, they studied subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Business Studies, and Economics. After completing their high school education, Gavin went on to attend the University of Wales Trinity Saint David from 2010 to 2013. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Motorcycle Engineering.
