Royan Ponder

Royan Ponder is a UX Researcher currently engaged with Axis Communications and Additude AB, responsible for research and design of external websites and applications while handling various internal and external assignments. Previous experience includes roles as a UX Designer and Software Engineer at ICT Group and Moba Group, focusing on visual design, user experience, and product development in collaborative environments. Ponder also has experience in software development with British American Tobacco and InTraffic, alongside co-owning Godevelopment, a website design and development business. Educational achievements include a pre-master’s degree in Human Technology Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology and a bachelor's degree in Technical Computer Science from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
