Richard Crompton

Richard Crompton is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and training. Currently serving as a Dev Test Engineer at AddSecure since July 2017, Richard previously held various roles at Quantel Ltd, including R&D Software Delivery Manager and Senior Engineering Trainer. Additional experience encompasses freelance training and consultancy, as well as engineering support for broadcast products. With a BSc degree from The Open University, Richard has a strong foundation in physics, mathematics, and psychology, complemented by practical expertise gained over several decades in the industry.
