Katy Grubbs has worked in a variety of roles in the past 16 years. In 2021, they began working as an Onboarding Program Manager at Lessonly by Seismic. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Employee Success at Turning Technologies from 2010 to 2021, where they facilitated, coached, and trained employees on product, process, and soft skills. Katy also served as a Scrum Master and held the roles of Regional Sales Manager (East) and Corp/Gov Account Executive at Turning Technologies. Before that, they were an Account Relationship Manager at IPC Systems, Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and a Client Relations at IPC from 2006 to 2007. Her first job was as an Intern at Mountbatten in 2006. Currently, they are a Talent Manager at AddShoppers since 2022.
Katy Grubbs attended Youngstown State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BA in International Business with a Marketing Concentration and a French Minor. Katy then returned to Youngstown State University from 2018 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. In addition, Katy has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Business Ethics for Managers and Leaders, Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations, Driving Workplace Happiness, Preventing Harassment in the Workplace, Human Resources: Creating an Employee Handbook, Negotiation Foundations, and Tips for Working Remotely.
