Robert has strong understanding of all technical aspects from both testing and development perspectives. Robert is able to gather functional requirements from internal clients and define use cases as well as translate use cases into functional specifications. Robert also collaborates with developers to determine testing requirements and caveats. Furthermore, they participate in development brainstorming sessions and meetings to develop test cases and create documentation for new development initiatives. In addition to creating and maintaining projects, workflows, screens, dashboards, and more for development and production teams, they also evaluate, installs, and maintains suite of add-ons for Jira and Confluence. Robert interacts with Atlassian staff and community to find solutions to problems and provides solutions to other admins and users. Lastly, they train teams, users, and admins on the use of Jira, Confluence, and internally developed applications as well as creates custom Jira projects, workflows, and other objects for development and business teams.
