Joe Hinnenkamp is currently a DED/PBF Operator at AddUp. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Application Engineer at Bosch Rexroth from July 2015 to January 2020. Joe is considered an expert in the automation control system areas, including PLCs and relay ladder logic, function block and structured text programming, servo, CNC, VFD and robot motion control hardware and programming, human machine interface touch screen design and programming, SERCOS III, EtherNET/IP, EtherCAT, DeviceNet, Ethernet, ControlNet, TCP/IP, ProfiBus, ProfiNET, Modbus and proprietary industrial networking systems, safety systems utilizing laser area scanners, light curtains and programmable safety relays as well as the application of IEC 13849 and IEC 62061 safety standards, PID and Fuzzy temperature process controls, panel meters and transmitter signal conditioners, machine vision systems, encoders/resolvers, photoelectric, proximity, pressure, ultrasonic and laser sensors, RF-ID systems as well as 1D and 2D code readers, data acquisition and IIOT / I4.0 solutions using MQTT and UPC UA, and software products to support the above hardware.
Joe Hinnenkamp has an ASEET Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati in Electrical Engineering and embedded programming. Joe also has a High School Diploma from Goshen High School in College Prep.
