Neil Pattison

Neil Pattison, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Information Technology at Addus HomeCare since May 2018. Prior to this role, Neil held positions including Consulting Project Manager at MoneyGram International and Senior Project Manager at Alkami Technology. Neil’s earlier experience includes leading the PMO department at Lanvera and working as a Project Manager and Implementation Consultant at Homecare Homebase. Neil has also contributed to State Farm Insurance as a Marketing Manager and served as a Marketing Representative at Xerox. Neil began their career as a Student Consultant at Oxfam. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the same institution. Neil completed a high school diploma at Coppell High School.
