Ian's background includes comprehensive expertise in generator repairs, servicing, and maintenance, as well as managerial roles overseeing workshop operations. Early career experience includes service engineering roles with Generator Power and International Power Generation, alongside military training and expertise as a vehicle mechanic in the Army, where skills in mechanical engineering were developed. Ian's diverse skill set emphasizes a strong background in both hands-on technical work and leadership within the industry.
