Alka Bhide

Alka Bhide currently serves as the Regulatory Programs Manager for ESG at ADEC Innovations, where responsibilities include the creation of a Regulatory Risk Scan Service and an ESG Regulatory News Database, along with providing training on regulatory disclosure strategies and ESG gap analyses. Concurrently, Alka Bhide is an Environmental Management Professor at Seneca Polytechnic, co-creating and lecturing for the ESG Executive Certificate program. Previous roles include Advisor for Environmental & Social Risk at BMO Financial Group, where significant contributions were made in climate risk integration and policy development. Additional experience spans consulting for the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and project analysis at TD, with a strong educational background in Energy and Sustainability from Northwestern University and Economics and Public Policy from the University of Toronto.
