Jaison Gnanapragasam has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. jaison started their career as an Electrical Supervisor at Power Engineering & Co., where they gained experience in the maintenance of electrical systems and technical support. jaison then worked as a Project Engineer at Loyalty Automatiion Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for designing and overseeing project installations.

Jaison then joined SIBCA as a Service Engineer, where they scheduled and assigned works to the site team and programmed fire alarm control panels. jaison then worked as a Project Engineer at Global Alarms Safety & Security Equipments LLC, focusing on fire alarm and firefighting system planning, installation, and maintenance.

Most recently, Jaison joined Adeeb Group as an FLS/ELV Maintenance Engineer, where their responsibilities include evaluating and organizing workloads, preparing progress reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
