Dilara Kıncı

Dilara K. currently serves as Group Legal Counsel for EMEA at The Weir Group PLC since September 2023. Prior experience includes Corporate Counsel at OMA from June 2017 to July 2022, an internationally recognized architecture and urbanism practice, and Associate at Somay Law Firm from January 2015 to May 2017, a prominent Turkish law firm specializing in cross-border business transactions. Dilara K. also completed a Traineeship at DLA Piper in the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Department from September 2013 to September 2014, and held summer internships at Baker & McKenzie and Herguner Bilgen Ozeke Attorney Partnership in 2012. Dilara K. holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law from Galatasaray Üniversitesi (2016-2019), a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne (2012-2013), and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Galatasaray Üniversitesi (2008-2013). Completed secondary education at Galatasaray Lisesi from 2003 to 2008.
