Karla Jarvis

Karla Jarvis is currently a Charter Member at TechGC since March 2022. Prior to that, Karla was the SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Adela, Inc. since May 2021. Karla also held positions such as Acting General Counsel at Jones & Vining, Legal Counsel at 5AM Ventures, Legal Counsel at Ensoma, and Legal Counsel at Vor Biopharma. Karla served as SVP, General Counsel & Secretary and VP, General Counsel at The Rockport Company. Additionally, Karla was the SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Clarks from 2005 to 2014. Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Clark University, a Master of Public Health from Boston University, and a Doctor of Law from New England Law | Boston. Karla graduated from Boston Latin School.
