Danielle Finnimore

Danielle Finnimore is an experienced human resources and people management professional, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of People & Culture at Adelaide Football Club since April 2024. Previously, Danielle held the position of People Leader for GHD in South Australia and Northern New South Wales from August 2022 to April 2024, and Director of Human Resources at St Peter's College from February 2018 to August 2022, where strategic direction in people services was a key focus. Danielle's extensive background includes roles such as People Manager at KPMG Australia, where responsibilities included the development of the People Strategy, and Employee Relations Manager at WGA Consulting Engineers, with a focus on People and Culture initiatives. Early career roles encompassed human resources management and consultancy positions in various organizations, including Coca Cola Amatil and Clayton Utz. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University, complemented by a Foundations of Directorship certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
