Andriy Nayda is an experienced call center operations professional with a track record of success in sales management and team leadership. Currently serving as the Call Center Operations Sales Manager at Adelina Call Center since February 2019, Nayda previously held the position of Head of Call Center at ProSteer Group from September 2018 to February 2019. Prior to that, Nayda was a Call Center Team Lead at Vodafone from March 2015 to September 2018 and served as Callcenter Manager at Vodafone Ukraine from February 2011 to April 2015.
