Adam Kurtz

Senior Project Director at Adelphi Research

Adam Kurtz began their work experience in 2013 as a Graduate Assistant Swimming Coach at Albright College. Adam then worked as a Therapeutic Support Staff at Pennsylvania Counseling Services from 2014 to 2015, followed by a role as a Program Administrator at the same organization from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, Adam had an internship as a Research Associate at Neighborhood Rescue of America, where they were responsible for gathering vital intel and creating socioeconomic models using analytical tools. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Holleran as a Project Manager/Research Analyst and later as the Director of Community Health Research. In 2022, Adam joined Adelphi Research as a Project Director and later became a Senior Project Director in 2023. Before their professional career, they worked as an Assistant Swimming Coach at YMCA of the USA from 2011 to 2022.

Adam Kurtz attended Hamburg Area High School from 2005 to 2009. Adam then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychobiology from Albright College, graduating in 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Adam has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Learning Jira Software, Adaptive Project Leadership, Scrum: Advanced, Scrum: The Basics, and Tableau Essential Training, all of which were obtained in March and April 2020.
